08 Days Cairo – Nile cruise (Luxor & Aswan) - Cairo
Day 01:
· Arrival Cairo airport meet and assist by our representative through customs and passport formalities.
· Transfer by private coach to your hotel (optional 25 $) Sound & light show
· Overnight in Cairo
Day 02:
· Breakfast at the hotel, our representative pick up you from your hotel and start:
· Full day guided tour to the pyramids of Cheops, Chephren, Mycerinus which were reckoned by the Greeks to be one of the Seven Wonders of the World and the Sphinx.
· Break for Lunch.
· Tour to visit Sakkara which dominated by the famous step pyramid of king zoser, it was the first pyramid built in ancient Egypt
· Tour to visit Memphis which served as the capital of upper and Lower Egypt some 5000 years ago during the first Dyansty. menes, the first pharaoh of this dynasty, built a great, white-walled palace and temple of ptah there.
· Free time for Camel and horse ride.
· Tour to visit papyrus Institute and old Bazaars.
· Night A/C seating train to Aswan.
Day 03:
· Arrive Aswan, our representative pick up you from the station and transfer to the cruise
· Tour to Visit the High Dam which was built in 1898
· take a felucca around the Elephantine and Botanical island
· Break for Lunch
· Tour to visit the Unfinished Obelisk which give a great deal of information about how the original builders set out their tasks, takes a short ferry ride to Philea Temple between Aswan Dam and high Dam
· Transfer back to your hotel
· Overnight on the cruise
Day 04:
· (Optional)Tour to visit Abu Simbel Temples and visit temple of ramsis II and temple of Queen Nefertari
· Transfer to the Nile cruise
· Sail to Komombo
· Lunch & Dinner on the cruise
· Overnight on the cruise
Day 05:
· Visit Komombo Temple which dedicated to the two gods sobek the crocodile God and Harveris the Sun God
· Sail to Edfu
· Visit the Temple of Edfu on the western bank of the Nile dedicated to the god Horus
· Sail to Luxor.
· Lunch & Dinner on the cruise

Day 06:
· Breakfast on the cruise
· Arrive Luxor, Tour to visit the West bank:
· Valley of the Kings which includes the tombs of the Theba rulers, seti I and Tutankhamon's Tomb,
· The Temple of Queen Hatchepsut at el Deir el Bahari
· The Colossi of Memnon
· Tour to visit the East bank:
· Luxor Temple which has huge papyrus columns and was dedicated to the god Amun
· Karnak Temple which consist of several temples of great beauty as the temples of god Amun, his wife the goddess Mut and the son Khonsy the god of the Moon and of Ptah .
· Transfer back to Cairo by train
Day 07:
· Arrive Cairo
· Transfer to your hotel for a rest
· Tour to visit the Egyptian museum is the most important depository of Egyptian antiquities any where in the world; it features artifacts from the pharaonic and Greco Roman periods, including the celebrated mummies of ancient Egypt's kings and Tutankhamon's treasures.
· Break for Lunch
· Proceed to Citadel which on the spure of Muqattam hills, the citadel dominates Cairo's skyline, and was the denes centre of the city and Egypt for almost 700 years it's construction was initiated in 1776 by saladin and completed by Mohamed Ali Mameluke sultans and Turkish governors later made it their residence, bulding places and mosques within the citadel walls, Mohamed Ali Palace.
· Al Azhar, Khan El Khalili , a famous Cairo bazzar dating back to the late 14th century
· Proceed to the Church of the Virgin, St. Mark's Cathedral
· Overnight in Cairo
Day 08:
· Breakfast at the hotel
· Transfer to Cairo International Airport for final departure
