Payment Policy:
We need full amount for the international flight tickets in case of they were included to issue them and 50 % from the total amount of the package to book at the hotels in advance and the amount rest will be paid cash upon arrival

Cancellation Policy
Cancellation should be received by e-mail or by fax .If the cancellation occurs after the payment, a cancellation fee will be deducted of the total amount of the tours and the outstanding of the payment will be refunded:
Individual Travelers
In case Of cancellation 25 % from the total price will be deducted
Groups
29 days before arrival date 25% cancellation fee*
15 days before arrival date 50% cancellation fee*
07 days before arrival date 100% cancellation fee*
Except Peak Period
Christmas & New Year from 20/12 till 06/01 & Easter holidays from 25/03/07 till 10 /04/07
30 days before arrival date 25% cancellation fee*
25 days before arrival date 50% cancellation fee*
15 days before arrival date 100% cancellation fee*
* Percentage based on total quoted tour amount.
Child Policy
0 – 1.99 Free of charge
2 – 5.99 25 % of total tour cost
6- 11.99 50% of total tour cost
12 + Are considered adults - full tour cost
If your package includes a domestic flights, an extra supplement will apply.
